Forex Villa Pro Trading Expert Advisors Licensing Policy

1. Overview

Welcome to Forex Villa Pro! We specialize in providing cutting-edge trading systems for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms. To ensure a fair and transparent trading environment, we have developed this Licensing Policy to govern the use of our trading Expert Advisors (EAs).

2. Licensing Terms

2.1. Maximum Account Limit

Each purchase of our trading system allows for the licensing of up to 10 trading accounts. Five accounts can be linked to MetaTrader 5, while the other five can be linked to MetaTrader 4.

2.2. Account Linking

Users have the flexibility to link all 10 accounts at once or gradually add accounts until the maximum limit is reached. Once an account has been linked, it cannot be removed or replaced on the license.

2.3. License Image and Confirmation

Upon confirmation of payment, users will receive a License Image via email. This image will contain all the trading accounts provided by the user for licensing and linking to the system. The email will also contain instructions for accessing the trading system through email or other social media platforms.

2.4. Additional Account Licensing

For users seeking to add additional accounts beyond the initial 10:

If users have added more than 10 accounts to the system and wish to add more, they can purchase another license at a 5% discount.
The second license will enable them to link 10 more trading accounts.

2.5. Program Compilation and Delivery

Accounts are added to the MetaQuotes Language (MQL4 and MQL5) and compiled to ex4 and ex5 programs. These programs, along with installation instructions, are then sent to users via email.

2.6. User Liability

Forex Villa Pro team does not retain back office access to the systems after linking trading accounts. Users are solely responsible for providing correct and complete trading account information. Any incorrect or incomplete information provided by users will render them liable for such mistakes, and Forex Villa Pro will not be held accountable.

2.7. Unauthorized Accounts

Our trading robots will only operate on accounts that are part of the licensed accounts. Any attempt to use the trading system on unauthorized accounts will result in a notification of "unauthorized account" displayed on the system dashboard.

3. Licensing Process

Licensing typically occurs within two to three days of purchasing the trading system.
Users are required to provide their trading accounts for licensing and linking to the system.
Users can provide all 10 accounts at once or add additional accounts at a later stage.
