Refund policy
A clear, conservative statement of how refunds and cancellations are handled. Your statutory rights always come first.
Where applicable consumer law grants you a right that differs from anything below, that law applies.
Scope
This policy covers purchases of Forex Villa Pro digital products (Expert Advisors and related files) and subscriptions to the Villa application.
Digital products
Expert Advisors are digital goods delivered as files together with setup assistance. Once a product has been delivered and installed, a change of mind is not on its own a basis for a refund. Where a product cannot be delivered, or is materially not as described, contact us and we will assess the request.
Villa subscriptions
Villa is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not automatically create a refund for the current period. Duplicate or failed-service charges are refunded once verified.
Trading outcomes
Refunds are not issued on the basis of trading losses or performance. Automation executes rules; it does not remove market risk, and market outcomes are outside our control.
How to request
Email us with your order or account details and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and to resolve them within a reasonable period.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve the matter directly. Access to products or subscriptions may be suspended while a disputed payment is being investigated.
Consumer law prevails
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where this policy conflicts with a right granted to you by law, the law prevails.
